AJ Construction Services LLC (“AJ Construction,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a commercial roofing contractor headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle information when you visit ajcsrv.com (the “Site”).

Information you provide
When you submit a contact form, roof assessment request, school bid inquiry, or retail/corporate bid inquiry, we collect the information you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, company name, and project details. This information is sent directly to our team via email. We do not store form submissions in a third-party CRM without your knowledge.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our web server logs standard technical data including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is used solely for security and operational purposes and is not linked to your identity.
UTM and campaign data
If you arrive at the Site via a link containing UTM parameters (e.g., ?utm_source=email), we record those parameters in a session cookie called ajcs_utm.
